Dear Stakeholders,
The year 2011 was challenging for Coca-Cola Hellenic. Economic growth was sluggish or worse, and consumer confidence fell in many of the countries in which we operate. Costs of raw materials soared. Despite this, we made several important strides in reducing our environmental impact and encouraging community environmental stewardship.
